Our Kitty Cats.....
Here's are two cats I thought you may like to see them as I've been posting about them a bit recently.
This is Mitzy. You may remember when we got her last year, I posted some pics then. She was so tiny and was best friends with Mr. Magoo.
This is coco. He's getting bigger than Mitzy now even though he is younger. He's going to be a big cat! We got him as a female friend for Mitzy then found out he was a boy. I was in denial for about a week refusing to call him a 'he' as I still saw him as my little girl. He's a little scamp who goes into my daughter's room and takes her pencils and other toys and brings them downstairs! If anything in the house is not where it should be you can be sure coco is involved.
Hope you enjoy xx

Re: Our Kitty Cats.....
Thank you:-) the main reason we chose Coco was because he had beautiful chocolate flecks in his dark black coat but he's lost them now and is just black all over but I love it! He's so majestic and reminds me of a panther.
Re: Our Kitty Cats.....
Coco is really panter-like. What a gorgeous pair. Rainbow is a really inspired name.

They are very beautiful cats
Seeing pictures of them brings home how aged my old biddy Bobbie looks

Re: Our Kitty Cats.....
Bobbie will be 20 this summer.
She doesn't hear much at all now, has failing kidneys and an irregular heart beat. However she soldiers on and you wouldn't know to look at her that she is nearly 20, but she obviously looks old compared to yours. As she cannot hear us in the house any more when she wants to find us she wails at the top of her voice until we appear.
She is now on a potassium supplement which she refuses to eat in food. I thought syringing food into rabbits was bad enough but syringing liquid into a cantankerous old bidster takes the biscuit!

Re: Our Kitty Cats.....
Your cat sounds lovely. Are there pics of her on here for me to see? I'll have a look later:)
She must have put you through a lot of worry in all those years! But she's doing well for 20, bless her. You saying she soldiers on reminds me of those elderly people you see who reach 70-80 and still do everything they used to and just keep going. That's how I want to be if I reach that age!

No pics - I have a hate-hate relationship with photobucket so will have to see what I can do
I have had Bobbie since she was six months old and thinking about it we have had very few problems with her - apart from when she had a bout of stress and took to fur pulling and weeing in the house
We have only truly got to know her over the last 6 years when Moses, my tabby was PTS. Moses was such a dominant personality that Bobbie was overshadowed. They were never close, just tolerated each other, so Bobbie's last few years have maybe been her happiest She is also definitely a man's cat - a geriatric tart

Re: Our Kitty Cats.....
That's interesting to read about your cat who had stress and wee'd on the floor. Mitzy was the best of friends with Mr. Magoo and then after he died in February she started to urinate on the floor and poo sometimes too. Not all the time bu sometimes. I've tried various things but she still does it. I'm not sure if it was straight after he died or a week or so, it may not even be related but maybe the loss of him has upset her that she's displaying physical signs of it. They were very close from an early age.
Make it up with photobucket so I can see some pics
