Missie Empty Missie

Our beautiful little Missie had to be helped to the bridge today, she became unwell on Friday and I rushed her straight over to Paula but she was no better yesterday, this morning she had deteriorated dreadfully and by late morning we knew that there was nothing we could do for her and so I took her to Paula and she was helped to the bridge.

Missie came in as a stray in 2008, she had been dumped on Warwick Racecourse and was picked up by an RSPCA inspector who brought her to us, as soon as I saw her I knew there was something wrong and we got her stright in to see Paula who performed an emergency spey, Missie had Mucometra and Mammory Tumours, Paula managed to remove everything and she made a good recovery, Missie also had deformed front legs and her feet faced inwards but it didn't stop her running around and binkying, we bonded her with Darcy and they have spent every minute together.

We will miss you little girl and I wish there was more we could have done for you, you are free from pain now and you will soon be running in the lush green grass at Rainbow Bridge, go and find Mack and Mabel and they will look after you, tell them we love and miss them very much.
