My bunny is making a nest but its not pregnant

Does anyone know what i can do to help my bunny. She has started nesting but she is not pregnant, she had baby bunnies 8 weeks ago. x

Was she taken away from the father before or after her babies were born?

She was taken away from the father well before the babies were born.
