Bertie's new hay box

Some kind person who lives in Orkney sent Anne some eggs in the post...and packed them in a box of Orkney hay. Anne got the eggs, guess who got the hay







The hay is really beautiful, chunky thick strands, and he absolutely loves it and spends anything up to an hour in there rummaging and eating! I'm gonna have to ask this person to send me boxes of it once he's finished!

That is fantastic, looks to be lovely hay, she could set herself up in a nice little business, the price of the Oxbow hay is going through the roof and a lot of people are saying they can't afford it anymore, we had a letter last week to say it's going up between 17.5% and 25% depending on which type of hay
