theraputic bunnies

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else finds their bunnies theraputic and soothing? I've had postnatal depression for the past year after having my 3rd child, and I find spending a few moments throughout the day with my Vince soooo relaxing, esp when I give him a nose rub and stroke him. They are such peaceful animals. I'm cuddling Faline as I type, and it's lovely

Yes they are I suffer from severe depression and my bunnies are very soothing to me

They really are ..... it doesnt matter how rubbish your day or how low you are feeling - there is something so wonderful about them that they lift you up. I Bunnies.

First thing I do when I get home from work is go out and see the buns.

I could watch them playing for hours, they are so funny, but cuddling a bun is definitely relaxing.

Yes!!! I agree whole heartedly!!! Both my buns and Tori were like my saving grace last year while I was going through a hurricane! I think animals in general have amazing healing powers!

I read somewhere that bunnies were being used as therapeutic pets for children who had suffered sexual abuse.

Whenever I'm stressed, or down or depressed, my two always make me smile
