Branches Empty Branches

Post by Ruffin Sun Oct 10, 2010 3:41 pm

[b] Can anyone tell me the best tree branches for Bunnies. I am going to put a couple of branches in the hall for Ruffin to chew on. What are there favorit logs and are there any trees to avoid. Our drive is lined with 10 Cherry Blossom on one side but as far as I know these are poisenous to Bunnies. Smile I may just phone up Ikea and ask what wood is in our kitchen table she seems to love that one.

Cherry branches, and those from fruit tree's where the fruit has a stone are all to be avoided. Apple, pear and willow branches all go down quite well though.

I give my buns apple tree branches from our garden and they enjoy chewing them.
