Passing away in his sleep is as good as it can get for a bunny. I wish my bridge bunnies had passed away in their sleep instead of struggling for some moment.

Yes that was my feelings too, I am so relieved he took the decision out of my hands. It's the best I could have hoped for for a bun in his condition.
