Spot on Lip???

I took Blossom, a new foster bun, to the vets tonight for her myxi jab and health check prior to spay. Anyway, vet was checking her teeth and found what looks like a little pimple on her lower lip. It looks pussy but can't be popped. I have got some hibiscrub to use on it and am to try pop it if poss. Anyone else heard of this? We are keeping a close eye but I am worried about it becoming an abscess

I'd probably open it up with a sterile needle and give it a good flush if possible.

Excellent thanks Sooz. I will. Poor old Blossomm is not impressed. It literally looks like a pimple, so weird.
