False pregnancy... Empty False pregnancy...

Just wandering, is it common for a spayed rabbit to have these?
Luna had quite a few before she was spayed, but hasn't had one since (which was months n months ago) and yesterday morning when I got up she had made a nest in her litter tray :/
I used to feel so sorry for her before she was done and used to do this, it just wasn't fair and I thought it was all over and done with Sad

And a little paranoia on my part, I keep thinking the vet didn't neuter her properly and she's pregnant, keep staring at her belly for ages and going to my OH "She does look bigger, maybe she's just got fat" ROFL I'm so silly Embarassed

Haha! My Lily has been spayed for over 4 years now and EVERY YEAR she has about 4 phantom pregnancies. She builds nests, she plucks herself and her husband, she grunts and groans and totally plays the part. And every time, there are no babies. I have tried to tell her and her hubby that with all the necessary bits removed, there really would need to be a miracle! I am sure it is a phantom hun. Lily has a huge dewlap and is a big fatty bun too!

Yeah the strop is a thing Lily does too! The only way for me to calm her down is to put a little soft toy in her nest and then she seems to think she has had her litter PMSL!

I find this absolutely hilarious and touching at the same time. Poor girlies, thinking that a soft toy is a baby!
