Im not sure, I give mine pear, apple and willow (although this time they just have pear). and it seems to keep their teeth in good shape Very Happy

Remember the packaging wont say "treated with chemicals" , it will say nothing. So go for one that says "not treated with any chemicals". Wink

I dont think it matters on the compost, you can just use dirt from the garden if you have some thats what I used to do, until I used it all! Smile

Never given them blackberry twigs, will have to get some. They have a pear stick in their shed at the moment and all three are attacking it Love would rather they did that than just lay down all day!

It really surprises me how they can eat thorny sticks and nettles!
Thanks for the help SJ, I hope little madam appreciates it, she loves a good sort out if things have been moved or changed so I'm sure I'll find out!
