Its taken a whole year!

I dont know if I told wee zacks story but for her whole life, 1 year, has been one of those buns that just done her own thing and wasnt too amused at human contact, she will put up with it but not want it. The past 3 days she has been letting me rub her ears and head while she wiggles her nose and nods off which was great. 5 mins ago I picked her up and stood in the run with her standing on my shoulder, trying to stand up and look into the sky and then rubbing my ears and giving my nose slobbery wet kisses. After a full investigation of my ears, eyes, nose and lips she just lay down and started to nod off. I really feel I am bonding with her this week as in all honesty we have never got on that way but I saved her life so wouldnt have changed her. Im quite chuffed.

That's lovely, you must be thrilled! It took my bridge bun Bertie over a year before he'd let us even touch him, he ended being the sappiest thing ever, it's a great feeling
