Got emergency appointment with the specialist tonight. Less than a week after her saying she was doing so well she didn't have to go back for a month. Found a lump on her head at the very base of her ear. I am worried sick Crying or Very sad

Vibes for Rhia! It could just be a normal lump with nothing wrong with it and just something that could go away with medication, at least I hope that it is nothing serious.

I'm sorry to hear this Sad

Being fairly new here, I don't know much about Rhia's history but it might not be as bad as you fear.

Thumper has had a lump there for years and years, it is a cyst that has never gotten any bigger or caused her any problems at all.

Hopefully Rhia's will be something that won't cause her any problems either.

Let us know how you go.

Aww Thanks folks. Wasn't too happy with the vet, it wasn't who we've been seeing for her ear as it was urgent aptment. I am much happier though as she was behaving oddly the night before last, but is back to being Rhia now - going to keep an eye on it & see how we go til we see her usual vet. Phew, I think Very Happy God I love her xx
