I would feel mean for putting salt and pepper up it's bum though (which is where I imagine the hole is)

One of my friends once brought me back a shaker from Amsterdam. You can imagine what it was, and I was never able to fill it up because I was too embarrassed about where the salt came out of!

I love novelty items but slightly pointless when too embarrassing to use!! You should so have your parents round for dinner or something and then whip that out on the table!! could be funny to see their faces!!

I've got the dutch salt and pepper pots and the egg cup as well, too nice to use, they're on display in my kitchen.
