Brushing well maby not

[b]Well these bunnsters just amaze me sometimes, tonight I thinks I will give them a good brush for half an hour I don’t get as much time to spend in there huts these days but had a spare hour so its grooming time well that was my idea. As soon as they see me they start jumping about because I presume I usually take them a few treats in, whereas tonight all I have is a brush . Was the old guys turn first Jim came running up saw the brush looked at it then looked back at me as if to say “you come near me with that thing pall and you will be farting bristles for a week” then promptly took of round the hut twice and hid in one of the hiding holes where he knew it would have trouble to get to him. OK Rossie turn then, she is always quite submissive and lays her chin on the shelf where they sit, no different tonight but as soon as I move my arm with the brush she is off like she is training for the bunny Olympics hide and seek world championship, disappears into one of the cut outs in the sleeping box section then a nose appears at the other cut out, think she was warning me that she has an escape plan worked out, and that any attempted capture was futile .

OK so I surrender with them and move onto the Crazy Gang who I am sure had been watching through the connecting window and were falling about laughing . As I walk in all I can hear is Queek Queek Queek and see a Piggy bum disappearing through the wall and into the run then strait into there tube and I am almost sure I saw one of his paws roding me as he went in. Fizz who loves a stroke and a fuss was more interested in sniffing at the brush rubbing it with her chin then tries to nibble it, then like a flash of lightning runs off to join daisy in the tube. That only leaves Jazz he is quite a simple sole who’s favourite pastime and hobby is eating so I give him a bribe a nice piece of carrot, yes it worked he stood still and let me brush him for around 30 seconds when Fizz came running back in and promptly nicked his carrot and ran off back into the run with Jazz hot on her heels at this point I gave up. If anyone can tell me how they manage to brush there little darling bunns without fastening them to the hutch door with tie wraps as that doesn’t work there ears get in the way all suggestions gratefully received.

Farting bristles for a week!!
I will have to try tie wraps, you don't see my 2 for dust, how DO they know you have the brush hidden in your pocket. HOW?

I have to brush Florence out of her house, normally on the sofa.

Thumper will let you brush her for a little while, but she sure let's you know when she's had enough

Thats so funny!! Thankfully if i just alternate brush with stroking then Buttons doesn't seem to notice!!

I've not been brushed but I have a tangled top-knot so have been threatened with a trim
