flopsy and daisy over the past three days have been squabling, Rolling Eyes
daisy normaly trying to be dominent and flopsy begrudgingly giving in but now flopsy is trying to dominate daisy and have kept waking me up with the running around each one in turn mounting the other in dominance and neither prepared to give an inch and nipping each other and running around circleing each other No so at 5am i gave in and put daisy in the carrier facing flopsy so they can see and smell and be with each over but can not fight when i got up at 7am i put them back together and gave them breakfast they shared the food together with no problems but when daisy tried to groom flopsy flopsy nipped and then went and lay away from daisy,
they still are laying seperate. Sad
they were only apart 2 hours they are both females and not neutred yet as i havn't the finances yet but they were so good together all this time untill 3 days ago and i don't know why.

i've a feeling that when they were younger flopsy was more laid back but has decided she wants to crack the whip now as she is bigger than daisy Laughing

If there is a wee boy in the area this could be making them feel a bit unsettled.
Spring is almost in the air too!

yes and i am hoping (finances allowing) to get flopsy and daisy doctored in the next two weeks.
as they share beds etc.. should they be done at the same time do you think. scratch

I would think getting them done at the same time would be for the best but I've only even had a single bun so I can't be 100% sure. So therefore....

Yes, take them at the same time. Going under the stress together and recovering together can help strengthen the bond Thumbs Up

agree,i got both my girls done at the same time and since your buns are nearly 9 months old, this could also be a reason why they are starting to have disagreements too

thanks everyone they started again this afternoon so i have been busy making a divider that can go in the middle of their bed time cage with plastic coated wire squares that can be put in at night time when i go to bed and taken out when i get up in the morning, i feel really wicked having to do this but they can't hurt themselves this way and they can still get close enough and see each other they just won't be able to cuddle at night till i take it out in the morning Sad
