My Nerves Are Shot!!!

Hubby opened up the pen tonight to let the bunnies have run of the sofa, as we do most nights, but tonight Florence decided to up her game and really escape rather than just threaten it. She was binkying all over the place having a great time so there was no way she'd be caught. I opened the door of the pen to try and get her back in, and Dougal (who normally finds any sort of exercise an insult) also makes a break for it So I have both, going in opposite directions all over the living room

Florence was having a great time, bunny 500s and binkies all around the tables, exploring under the stairs, going out to the hallway and back again. Dougal was doing the walk they do when they are investigating, sniffing at wires and thinking about following Florence but not quite managing it.

In the end I had to bribe them back with carrots

I'm going to have to get those cable tidies down. It was lovely watching them, but they weren't even supposed to be out

Oh and before Florence's bid for freedom she was stealing Ritz Crackers off of hubby

I don't know what they have been on tonight!!!

This sounds all too familiar!! (Except for the crackers bit)

I need a vodka! But there isn't any so I had strawberries and whipped cream instead!

Florence is now flaked out and Dougal is happily munching on the carrot bribe

I love them really, but goodness that was mental!

Oh and when Florence was running around she helped herself to the bags of treats, the ones they were given for breakfast when we were away for the night. I think that's what made Dougal come out, he realised he was missing out on noms!!

Awww they fancied a nice big run about bless them!

I bet they had fun while your nerves were suffering!

They were loving it, especially Florence! Dougal was a bit nervous, he doesn't like open spaces.

I have got cable tidies to do the remainder of all the leads so they can run about more, but they decided they couldn't wait!!
