I have washed and dryed what was Grace's self heating pads and I have given one to Lucy Rose and told her that Grace said she could have it to keep her old legs nice and warm and that she would be comfortable on it like Grace was, Lucy looked at me as if listening to every word I said and then walked on the pad and sat down and she has been there since Smile

It generates heat off their body and keep's them warm. They are actually for dogs or cats but I thought they were ideal for rabbits as there are no nasty wires or cables. They crinkle a bit and I did think it might put Grace off it but it didn't nor Lucy Rose. The white wool cover is soft and thermal and zips off and washes brilliant. Lucy Rose is on the large pad.

I got the first self heating pad from 'Amazing Health'

Then noticed they were on offer at the time at Pet planet and bought 2 large off them ( That's my review of them Bunsarus on the item page)

There vet opperation recovery blankets I think, I was going to get one a while ago but kept putting it off.

They are similar the way they work but the Vet's use the 'Pet Therm' ones Smile
