I thought I'd killed them!!

I gave them one of those fenugreek crunchie each to try. They just arrived today. They ate them, hopped into their pop up cube and lay down. Molly and Junior. Lying down??

They just lay in it for ages, not moving. I kept going over to see them as I was beginning to get quite worried

It took a while but they came out again eventually.

That can't have been the crunchies? Surely just a coincidence?

When we have had one, the last thing we do is go and lay down... we're too busy mithering Humum for another. It's one thing we all go loopy for

Mind you, a natural sedative might not be a bad thing to find for your two

I didn't think it could be the crunchies either, but it was very odd!!!

just make sure they dont grind them and start snorting them,then you know you have a problem.

mine love them and they dont go and lay down after one or two or three but they dont get them very often

The boarding place my two are at do call them "Bunny Crack"

Do you think they were being good so they got another one each?

Nah, if there's plantain or anything else on the go, they're right in your face. Literally.


I gave one to Junior first, he looked at it then looked at me as if to say "wtf am I supposed to do with that? Throw it? Eat it? Pee on it?" He worked it out in the end

They are funny looking things!!

They are like bunny crack aren't they! I frequently get ambushed for them.

Maybe it was an 'ooh that was a gooood treat!' Very very strange.

No it won't be the Fenugreek crunchies they won't do them any harm, Fenugreek is very good I use to give my horse Fenugreek powder but Fenugreek is good for the stomach. I have a glass jar full of them for the boarders as they are a good healthy treat.

"Bunny crack" sounds about right! Mine are hilarious. They snatch them out of your hand, do laps of the room until they find a "safe" place to eat them, and then once they are finished, they do more laps of the room, binkying as they go this time!

Daisy doesnt like them!

He just looked at me like I was trying to poison him (you know the one)

Charlie and Annabelle like them, but then they like EVERYTHING! There is nothing they wont eat and always look at me like Ive been starving them!

I get the laps looking for a safe place!!! Jeeves mainly does this as he knows Tigger will come along and pinch what he's got when she's swallowed hers whole

I'm gonna have to get some of these. I was told they are like cat nip is for cats. M--E-L-L-O-W.

Sasha treats ALL food like crack! She has learnt that a cup of tea in the hand probably equals a biscuit in the other and she then proceeds to mug you as soon as you sit down.

Excel nuggets are the closest thing to daily crack for my little bunny addict!

Mine do the victory lap with them as well. Elijah is the funniest because he darts off with his Crunchie to his 'safe' place, you think he's going to eat it and he suddenly darts back out and in a split second he's back in the safe place. Or sometimes he does about three laps and then eats it where he was given it At least you know it equals zero calories as they've burnt off any calories racing around with them

bluebell doesn't like them parsley will eat one or two only but flopsy daisy and skippy are addicted and almost mug me for them at bunpoint
