Vibes for Poppy please U/D she's ok

The hu-parents just heard a bit of a commotion outside. When they went out, Poppy was hunched up in the corner of her hutch looking quite sorry for herself.

They brought her into the kitchen and when she is hopping, she is favouring her back right leg

She's at the vets at ten to seven.

Lots of vibes for a pulled muscle and nothing more sinister please, she's such a fragile little thing...

She's ok, just on pain relief for a few days *phew*

We were very impressed with the (not our usual) vet who was very, very thorough but very, very gentle. And Poppy, bless her, was as good as gold while being pulled about

She's put on 300 grammes too, so halfway from where she was five weeks ago to her 2kg target

What a relief. Am glad there is nothing seriously wrong.

Excellent news about her weight gain as well. But it's to be expected with the excellent care she is receiving at present

Im glad she is okay - do you know what she did?

We're not sure - it would have been nice to know so we knew which bit of her to look at properly, and to stop it happening agin. She is so lively she could have been tearing up and down on her shelf and just landed funny.

Hudad left her shut in today so she was resting. Humum let her out when she got home and she is back to being lively and using her leg / foot properly They'll give her the pain meds for a few days just in case though.

I think she is going to be a bit of a dark horse you know........there she was all sweetness and light giving it all "im so cute innocent and these babies are running me ragged" when actually she is a little minx capable of pretending to have a limp in order to move into the kitchen. You wait - youll get in from work tomorrow to find her on the sofa with a copy of Heat magazine and a glass of red!

We really do adore her - Humum was really quite worried last night but had already taken the decision that if it was worse than we thought then she was going to be given every chance. She's nommed her Loxicom like a good girl tonight.

We'd not appreciated that all the energy she was putting into looking after the kits was going to be used to cause mayhem once they were gone She really is a little whirlwind

She is liking the idea of the sofa, but she claims she'd prefer a copy of Rabbiting On and a G&T with ice and lime - she's a sophisticated girl, you know

I'm sorry I missed this, but so pleased to hear she's ok, she's such a lovely girl

Oh bless her little heart - as with all the buns at Sparky Manor - has landed firmly on her paws!
