Tilly and Herbie

I bonded them them this afternoon and it went beautifully 
Couldn't have asked for a smoother and nicer bond. I put the puppy pen on the lawn and DH and I put them in together with a big pile of noms. Tilly tucked straight in and Herbie came over to investigate and they were both so relaxed. Tilly snuggled into me a couple of times after a little grunt and nip at Herbie, but she seemed to calm at my reassurance that all was well, and after some praising for good behaviour, she made friends with Herbie. Herbir still has some hormones coursing through his system so he was a bit humpy, but Tilly took it in her stride. I think he has established himself as the boss and has been demanding grooming from Tilly and kissing her on the face 
They are together in the 'honeymoon suite' tonight and I will probably put them back outside tomorrow so Tilly doesn't lose the start of her winter coat.
They look so relaxed with each other, like they have known each other for ages

I can't begin to tell you how happy I am Tilly has a husbun,she really needed a buddy and Herbie needed a new home so everyone is a winner

That's wonderful I find the easiest bondings we have ever had are the ones outside in a pen in the garden,

Don't they look great together Absolutely brilliant
Herbie looks like a different bun. It is the best feeling in the world seeing how much difference a partner can make to a bun.
