F10 disinfectant
I hadn't heard of this till today, but I spotted it in my vets (they normally use Trigene). It looks as though it *might* kill E Cuniculi/Coccidia, but I don't know. It describes itself as being 'sporicidal' (as well as fungicidal, bacteriacidal and virucidal). Anyone know anything about it? Here is a link to some on Ebay:

They should list all the bacteria, funguses and viruses they are affective against either on the bottle or in the instruction manual.

F10 can be used for a multitude of things but it is expensive, it can even be used in a nebuliser.

The website doesn't seem to mention EC or Coccidia. Maybe an enquiry to the manufacturer may be an idea.

I know, it doesn't mention anything specifically, which makes me suspicious... a bit of a sweeping statement to say something is 'sporicidal'. Would be great if there was finally a decent pet-safe disinfectant that covered all bases.
