I'm glad she is home - she looks quite bright Smile

Is that a muesli mix they have given her? Hmmm They shouldn't really be giving her any food she is not used to - did you not send her in with a packed lunch? We always do when our buns go in. And their own water bowls as they won't drink from bottles Rolling Eyes

yes I sent in some dill and some of her hay but they gave her what looked like a hamster mix or something it had nuts dried tropical fruit bits and some longish soft pellets scratch
last time I found an apple core ?
I think maybe one of the nurses there gives it them not knowing I may ask them to only give her her packed lunch if she goes again

I'd be really quite cross with them in that situation. I know they like to see them eat before they let them come home, but I wouldn't want them eating that junk.

And an apple core?!? Apple seeds are poisonous to bunnies! I'd have been furious!

If I forget a packed lunch my pair get readigrass. Needless to say they always hope that I forget to pack lunch.

I'm so glad Bluebell is home and safe and sound Smile

Apple seeds contain cyanogenic acids I'm quite shocked that they didn't know that at the vets Shocked

I'm so glad she is better!

Apple seeds contain CYANIDE! Even a few can kill a bunny. I'd of threatened to sue and settle or them not charging for the service since they could have killed Blue. You might save another buns life too!
