Can anyone point me in the direction of...
... A clicker suitable for rabbit clicker training?
I've looked at some eBay shops but recommendations would be good
Even if you know of ones I should definitely avoid!
Thank you

Re: Can anyone point me in the direction of...
I think one that throws out a fenugreek crunchie would be a winner
but you will never pull in molly's behaviour with a clicky
not much help am I really

Aww, poor Molly! She's just misunderstood!
Despite all her bad behaviour, there's no doubt she's a very clever bunny. Hell, she's brighter than some humans I've met
I think I'd be silly to not even attempt it, I know I'd kick myself down the line for not trying and it's something I've been meaning to do for ages!

She is criminally intelligent! Scary combination.
I bet she would take to clicker training like a duck to water and it would be something she would love because she is so smart.

I think so too
I'd have to catch her in the right frame of mind though. She does frequently go into everything-was-put-on-this-earth-for-my-amusement mode

What a brilliant idea! I think they would both get a lot from it.
I have no idea where to get one or what sort though.
I can imagine Daisy's face if I started clicking at him......

My pair find a normal licker too noisey.
I have seen someone suggest that you use a pen click.

This - we had a clicker but it was too much, I have heard that a clicky ballpoint pen can work wellcheryl'n'bruce'flo wrote:My pair find a normal licker too noisey.

Hudad used to have a nail gun that clicked, then whirred and then clicked again but I doubt that would be of any use. Unless you have problems with foxes and cats

Cats are lovely!
That being said, I just cleaned up a cat turd from next door's garden on case it was done by one of ours. I don't think it was, as they each investigated it suspiciously, but I didn't want the neighbour to be upset and think it was ours, if you get me?
Re: Can anyone point me in the direction of...
I do, and I wish every cat owner thought like you. None of my neighbours pick up their own cats ****!

Re: Can anyone point me in the direction of...
I was mortified when I saw it, and am going to keep my eyes peeled for any presents in their garden. I signed up to dealing with cat **** when I took on a cat. The catless neighbour did not!

That would be cool - I could meet m&j! And I bet you live in a nicer area than we do!

I could tell you but we'd have to move the whole thread into the adult section!

Re: Can anyone point me in the direction of...
I purchased what was supposed to be a 'quieter' clicker made for rabbits. If is is 'quieter' the regular one would have been loud enough to wake the dead! I too have read a ball point pen clicks enough for them to hear it and not spook. I'm waiting for the book to arrive to start.
