Re: Finally a new outside quarter
You go first..
No you
I'm not sure ...you do it......
Took them ten minutes to go thought the mesh tunnel.
Bubbles took about an hour to make it through the pipe and then there was no holding back
Bertie seemed anxious about the pipes ? Conscious of his size
If he won't except the there is an option to get another mesh tunnel and fix it between hutch and binky box. Just wait and see.

Re: Finally a new outside quarter
I love the set-up and they are going to love the tunnels once they get used to them
They're bigger buns than I expected (but very handsome)
Do they have more indoor accommodation than the chicken coop? It doesn't really look all that big - I would have thought two large buns like that would need more indoor space for when the weather is foul....

Re: Finally a new outside quarter
Lovely Sparky,
If the weather is bad or over night time and their safety, they have got in indoor warren which is the second bedroom in the house.
It would fit a double bed and other furniture easily but I have arranged various coops, hutches, hideouts and a window digging area for them. Not to forget Bubbles castle is in there too.
It is set up on various levels and quite spacious.
They can hop there, and when I'm in, the house gets opened and they roam freely. Bertie will come downstairs but Bubbles likes it in her home sweet home.

Re: Finally a new outside quarter
Bubbles seem to have more fun. She is in and out as well as up and down all pipes, tunnels and runs.
Bertie is currently only using the mesh tunnel and binky box and small run. Means he is not using the pipes and hence is fairly unsheltered.
I have covered half foe the binky box with a plastic table cloth whilst waiting for proper cover to arrive.
If he won't go troughs the pipes I will get him a second mesh tunnel to fit between sheltered hutch and binky box.
Want to wait a little longer as budget for this month is spend
