Another bun with eye problems!

On Sunday afternoon/evening I noticed Willow's right eye was a bit cacky - it doesn't look sore or swollen, but it is watery and she is producing a bit of white gunk from it.

I've been bathing it with sterile water ever since to no avail, so tonight I've tried using some cold tea water (diluted with sterile water) to see if that makes a difference.

They're booked into the vets next Monday for their vaccinations anyway, so if possible I would like to try and hold on. Do you think I can?

She's not at all bothered by it - it's fully open and and she is quite happy to let me touch it/bathe it, and is otherwise 100% her normal self. Obviously if it gets significantly worse and/or starts to bother her she'll be up to the vets.

Any recommendations for good treatments other than what I'm doing?

I think id just use some salt water hun, just keep it clean.

Is Mo cleaning it for her at all?

Yes Katie, I've noticed on several occasions Willow being a total princess and demanding he gives it a wash

it might be she has or has had a piece of hay trapped under her eyelid.

If she will let you see if you can have a look.

When Holly had her bad eye we were really worried but now it is as good as new with a few drops.
