More cakes - Vanilla and mango (half way through dolloping)
Passionfruit in trippy colours:

that's only 'cos Nerie came yesterday

it's just normal vanilla sponge but with some chopped up mango shoved in the middle.
The icing was 125g philadelphia, 100g butter, 250g icing sugar all beaten together. I added the zest of 1 orange and the juice from approximately 6 passion fruits (get the seeds out into a sieve and keep squashing them against it until you have some nice juice. then eat the seeds)
beat it all together then whack it on your cakes!
