Additional bunny accomodation! (pic heavy)

Well Sooty and Sweep have settled in and are becoming more used to us, but being outside bunnies we were concerned that being outside over winter they had nowhere to be fully dry/or protected from the wind. Having seen stories here and elsewhere, I'm paranoid about foxes too, even though we've done everything we can to make sure the hutch/run are safe. We don't have room in the shed to put the hutch and run so we've come up with another idea.

We got another shed, and Dave had a week off to convert it into extra bunny accomodation. It's been insulated and ply lined, had another floor added, had inner doors put on it and a large bedroom created. We are going to create a tunnel so that there will be permament access to the original hutch/run but in the meantime at least we have somewhere fully fox/draught proof for overnight! The only problem now is they don't want to come out in the morning!!!!!!

Dave worked really hard on it, and thoroughly enjoyed himself I think. I'm really impressed, I think he's done a great job, (but don't tell him I said that ) and two little buns seem quite happy with it too!

That is utterly fantastic, what a wonderful hoem for Sooty and Sweep , I think I will have to kidnap Dave for a month and get all my jobs done
