The vets have phoned me - update 13th Feb

I have just come back from a tennis meeting and Matthew told me the vets have phoned.

It seems they have taken in a stray lionhead and phoned to ask if I wanted it

I will phone in the morning to find out more and also KayJ to see how soon she may have a rescue place available.

Chris would never agree to any more buns - he is a bit grumpy now that the buns curtail us on the holiday front I don't know if it would be right to possibly upset the dynamics of the pairs either by introducing a third.

I guess the vets see me as the mad rabbit woman from Horwich

It just shows what a good bunny mummy you are....they can obviously see how happy and healthy your buns are to ask you to take another.

Hope he finds someone to love him soon.

Wow that is fab, you are officiially their rabbit lady!

The little brown lionhead boy was coming to me today to stay until KayJ had a space at her rescue for him.

The bunny wasn't at the vets, it seems a couple had found him in their garden a week ago and took him to the vets on Wednesday as he wasn't eating a great deal. The vet gave him the all clear and gave no treatment.

Yesterday the poor wee thing stopped eating and was then found dead in the hutch this morning

I was too late to help
