Blimey what a busy Day
Ive been a bit poorly over easter so had today off work and I thought id do a wee bit of study in the dining room. So as i sat there all quietly It gave me an opportunity to observe the fluffmiesters goings on when he thinks no one is looking.
Well talk about busy.
It started with 20 mins of toy licking. Each toy in the toy box got a lick - together with the box itself, the hairbrush, willowball and raffia balls, the edge of his blanky, the edge of the sofa, the hay basket and entrance of the litter tray. ( I wouldnt mind but i never get groomed!!)
This was then followed by a further 40 mins of toy re-arrangement. Toys were moved to other areas, then back again, the little barrels thrown in the air and other assorted toys nosed around the toybox. Only when completely satisfied with the toy arrangement a break for a mid morning snack in the hay basket - munch munch munch.
Next was a lively skip over to the french windows to look out at the birdies and see if next doors cats were around for a tease. A bit of a nibble of matts shoelace (that'll teach him not to put his shoes away) and then a skip back again for the loo.
Several little trips into the hallway to check if the living room door was open and returning with a "damn - still not open" look. Salad and dandilion bowls both tipped upside down and thrown across the blanky. Certain leaves carefully selected and munched - the rest thrown in disgust to the side.....Largest Dandilion delight pieces selected and munched the rest ignored.
After all that business a large bunnyflop was required followed by a stretch and eventually a skulk back to the undersofa lair. Exhausting!!
And there was me thinking he was sat in front of the TV with a beer while im at work.......Im thinking of staying off again tomorrow...........

Re: Blimey what a busy Day
Bunsters had a really busy day! (busier than you by the sounds of it )
I could sit and watch Pippin all day. There's something about the way a rabbit moves and the things they do that makes me feel really relaxed being around them

Re: Blimey what a busy Day
That is fabulous! We need Daisycam.
Funniest moment of my week was when our next door neighbour came round with some carrot peelings for the buns. We just said to go round and pop it into their run. I was watching from the kitchen window and was in time to see Stuart appear at the fence whereupon Gloria shot to the other side of the compound and appeared to go into fast motion mode. It was as if someone had speeded her up with a remote control. She was completely panicked, her ears were up vertical and all her fluff was wild.
She then saw that he had food and did a complete volte face and shot over to shove Wolfie out of the way! Hilarious

She is such a completely GREEDY tart! Honest, you can't really get near her normally, but appear with food and she is putty in your hands.

Re: Blimey what a busy Day
I enjoy watching them too - so much better than the TV - which is just as well as George and Gemma have chewed through the cable so the TV is completely dead at the moment!!
I was watching George washing his nose - sitting on his back paws and holding his front ones up to wash. It was incredibly sweet and he does it so delicately. I just melt!!

Re: Blimey what a busy Day
Well day 3 started pretty much the same as day 1 - although today i decided to lounge in the front room.
Oh the excitement!! Hes been in all day, we've had binkys galore! hes only briefly left to run - as quickly as his diddy leggies would carry him - back into the extension to use the loo and then ran just as quickly back again. (I imagine in case I shut the door and he couldnt get back in).....what a little angel. He has even managed to resist the rug! Hes now fast asleep....all very tiring.

Re: Blimey what a busy Day
Brilliant work Daisy
I still have a lamp and an indoor water feature thingy that have severed wires
Apart from the lamp, how lovely to be so entertained. I could quite easily spend the day bunny watching, even when they are not doing anything
