Homemade hayracks, anyone got/made one??

I just wondered if anyone has any ideas on making a hayrack?
Iv always just put their hay in their litter tray but this, as you can imagine, just gets soiled very quickly.
I dont like the shop bought hayracks, I want to make one!
I want a big-ish one, sort of a foot/ 18inches wide.
I have a grid I can attach it to you see.
Anyone got any ideas?
