Mindy bit me Empty Mindy bit me

Post by Josephine Thu Nov 18, 2010 9:41 pm

This afternoon I had been brushing Bonnie and Dexy, they both had messy bottoms and had been cleaned up, so was just giving them a bit of a grooming before putting them back outside. Any way I had just put Bonnie back in the indoor enclosure when I noticed that Mindy was looking for some food. Stupidly I grabbed a handful of pellets and put the in her bowl. My hands were obviously still smelling of Bonnie, so when I put them near Mindy's bowl, she attacked me. She nearly bit off the top of my finger, it was so painful I screamed, I am sure if it had'nt been for the nail she would have taken off the top of my right index finger. Roger has dressed it but I'm not sure if it has stopped bleeding.
Must remember to always wash my hands thoroughly after handling any bunny that Mindy hates. Ouchie pale

oooo Naughty Mindy! Ouch!

Most brides to be can become a bit tetchy though as the big day nears.

Oh blimey, sounds like you were lucky not to lose a bit of your finger. Shocked

As Katie said, hopefully just pre-wedding nerves. Laughing
