19 years ago today my pony Baby had to be pts after falling and breaking her pelvis out in the field. It was awful. I was 13 at the time and really ill with pneumonia. Baby was elderly and retired and was just out to grass. She fell and broke her pelvis and we kept her going for about a week but it became apparent that she wasn't going to get any better and was in alot of pain. I got to see her one last time and it was so sad. She had been a confidence giver for me and really was bomb proof. I could do anything on her. She was a real gentle lady. Just wanted to give a nod to her today and let her know that every year on this day I think of her.

I understand how you feel, my pony was poisoned and pts 3 years ago at 16, I was 16 too and we were brought up together. Dont think that day will ever be easier.
