Re: RSPCA Sponsored Dog Walk & Fun Day – Wollaton Park Sunday 22nd May 2011
We are contacting you to invite you to have a space at the above event.
The above is our largest fund raising event in the 2011 calendar and includes an ongoing Fun Dog Show, have-a-go Dog Agility and demonstration, craft stalls, five chosen charities, Birds of Prey, cakes stall, plants, face painting, Notts Fire & Rescue, Cheerleaders, Refreshment Stalls including vegetarian, small children’s ride, but to name a few! This year we have invited the RSPB, Retired Greyhound Trust, Jerry Green Foundation and Tony Kinton Birds of Prey. Last year we managed to raise an incredible £13,000 which helped us to provide help for hundreds of animals in Nottingham .
To get an idea of the location please take a look at the Wollaton Hall web site at http://www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=1037
It really is a fabulous day with hundreds of people and their dogs arriving to take part and support us in the Sponsored Dog Walk, talk to the Inspectors, join in the fun and have a fun day out. The Sponsored dog walk registration opens at 9.30 and is open until 3.00.
If you are free to have a stall, please contact hq@rabbitwelfare.co.uk or The RSPCA direct on 01159 784965.
