Rabbits and cats? Empty Rabbits and cats?

Not together, obviously. My friend has expressed an interest in getting a bun. However his neighbourhood is full of cats, very lovely cute cats, but cats nonetheless. what do you guys think, as long as it's reinforced hutch mesh and stuff like that, would they be okay? xx

Well I suppose if everything is secured properly it wouldn't be a problem as obviously a lot of people have rabbits in their gardens when there are foxes about. I have a cat and she really takes no attention to the rabbits at all, I think they just confuse her Laughing

Don't think it would be a problem as long as she had them covered if they were in a run and the hutch was secure. Some cats just ignore buns, but you can't take the chance.

Romeo chases all my cats, Alaska thinks she is a cat. Paris simply doesn't care. Holly chases the cats particularly Tiger-Lilly. One time Tiger was sleeping so she thought it would be funny to jump on her! Tiger wasn't impressed. Laughing But when you don't know the cats and they arent your own always take extra precautions.

My cat is scared of my rabbits yet chases away any neighbours cats that try to get into our back garden. Regarding territory they are useful to get rid of stranger cats.
