Re: The Trio and their playground
Its a shed plus run but the run is two runs with the end missing off one and pulled together to make it one huge one. bargain really, shed was £100 as it was slightly damaged (hardly!), £100 ish, and the run was "damaged" aka the mesh was bent so £40 and the other run i got for free second hand and it happened to be the same make as the one i already had, but only had three useable sides - perfect as i only needed three haha! very lucky bunnies arent they! x

Re: The Trio and their playground
Hmm. Suprisingly the bark chip area is perfect, the logs keep it neat.
The digging box however is EVERYWHERE. Nobody is owning up. Jelly looks suspicious. But I think it was Pebbles!

Re: The Trio and their playground
They love it, the wood is from a pear tree and they have nearly stripped all the bark away, must be doing their teeth no end of good! Pebbles was sunbathing on the bark chips yesterday she looked so comfy. The wood really works at keeping the bark chips in, so its not messy at all. Its raining today so I havent let them out - no point they refuse to go out in rain
I hope it does, it was very cheap to do the chips were £7, had to pay more to get chemical free safe ones, the others didnt say chemical free so i assumed they werent. And the compost was cheap too, cant remember how much as mum got some too.
But they definately love it!

Re: The Trio and their playground
You have inspired me to do this! I've been trying to think of how I can make the run a bit more exciting.
So chemical free bark chips
Pear tree cuttings (or what other trees are they allowed?)
And compost? does it matter what type?
