Timmy is ill again!

Haven't posted in a while and feel a bit cheeky asking for vibes but Timmy is ill again. He has the snuffles, but this time they're a lot worse. He's also been off his food and when he does eat he struggles and nearly chokes.
He's been given some antibiotics and gut stimulant. I also found out he's lost 30% of his body weight!!!!!
I knew he was getting a bit thinner but not that much - he's so furry its hard to see.
I've been told to separate him from the girls so i can monitor his eating and toileting. He's having medicine 6 times a day and ive been told to syringe feed him every 4-6 hours. He's not going to be happy with me doing all that!

Sorry to hear Timmy's ill again, poor bun, and he's not gonna be happy, but I hope in the long run he'll be able to thank you for it!
You could give him some small amounts of high calori foods - alfalfa hay, or alfalfa nuggets (you can get them from Pets at home), pre-soaked oats - a desert spoon a day, pre soaked in water for 15 mins, so they don't expand in his tummy.

I hope he shows improvement, keep us posted, sending lots of vibes for him.

He seems a little better today, he can breathe easier. He's being very grumpy and unhelpful when it comes to taking his medicine but thats to be expected. He also looks like he's missing the girls, fingers crossed he can go back with them soon.
Back to the vets tomorrow to see if theres any improvement!
