You need a pretty amazing camera to get 'in motion' shots. SJ has a fab one (I'm lusting after one of those cameras!) and of course a good deal of talent !

I showed these to loads of people at work today (yep - most of em thought I was mad as a box of frogs) but I just love them soooo much.
