Grace Empty Grace

This is Grace and the oldest of the Tuckerbunnies, she was carried from door to door in a cardboard box by two boys who were trying to sell her, nobody was interested and so they dumped the box in a field with Grace inside it. Luckily for Grace a lady had been watching the boys and thought they looked suspicious with the box and had seen them dump it and when they left the lady went over and looked in the box and saw this nervous little black bunny she took it to the RSPCA and Grace ended up at a rescue, Mike brought her home and we had her booked in for a spay on June 2nd 2005 but on June 1st she gave birth to 5 babies of which we kept. Grace has outlived all her babies.
Grace is very nervous around people and hates children she just hides, if you are carrying anything like a tray she will run off and hide. Grace suffers with arthritis now otherwise she is a gentle and loving lady Love

What a sad story with a happy ending. She is very lucky she now has you for a mum love. What makes people do these awful things?

No, Grace is single but has always been around other bunnies she's free range in the house but sleeps in the same room as Pud, she is very nervous when it comes to bonding and is far to set in her ways Smile

P.S can i just point out she is nice and shiny too, maybe its just black bunnies that all seem to look really shiny in pictures!? Laughing

I've just been talking about that with friends as they were stroking Lucy Rose and saying how loving she was and I said yes after all she has been through she still manages to love people.
