Pellet Query (again - sorry) Empty Pellet Query (again - sorry)

Before I got Florence I got a bag of Science Selective (with Fenugreek) food ready for when she arrived. However when I collected her, I was told to keep her on the food she was used to, which was Burgess Excel Dwarf.

I opened the Science Selective the other day to have a look at it (how sad!), and today I handed her one of the pellets, which she wolfed down. When I then fed her, I mixed in 8 or so of the pellets into her normal food.

Is this an ok thing to do? She's now 13 weeks old. I'm not wanting to totally swap her over yet, its just a case of wanting to feed her both really as they are both quite big bags and I'm a bit fed up of looking at them both Embarassed I know if I was to mix them together that wouldn't be a good move (unfortunately as it would save space), and there is still loads of the Excel left so it isn't like that bag is nearly empty anyway. I know you can get Fenugreek Crunchies, so I thought it could maybe be a subsitute for those, and then I can just keep the Excel as her standard food.

Is one or the other better for her to be on long term? That might help me decide how to proceed with all this bunny food.

Just add a little more of the selective every day. There is a recommended amount to add in but I tend to think that if you ad a handful of the selective pellets into the excel bag every day and mix them in you wont be overdoing it.

Ok cool.

After both bags have gone, will it matter which one she has full time as she'll be used to both?

I'm like some sort of neurotic mother!

I feed a mix to mine but that is because I have an oldie and a not so oldie so I feed a mix of light and mature. I don't see a problem with just feeding the one.

I think it's a good job I don't have any children, I'd never let them out anywhere!
