I feel such a wicked bunny mum....
My buns have always had free range of the garden for at least an hour a day
I just feel so so cruel at the minute as they are confined to the hutch and run
Its going to be for a few good months until the extension is sorted but i just feel so very guilty
Im still getting licks from Flora but i think thats just because she's saying sorry for trashing the hutch every day
I hope they forgive me.....

Aww, don't beat yourself up. It can't be helped. The last things you want to happen is for them to escape or get hurt so you are doing the right thing. 100%.
If only you could explain to them that it's for their own good huh?

You are not a wicked bunny Mum you are a very sensible bunny Mum they are far safer in their run. Can you take them to your Mum's and let them have a run round her garden at all ?

They will be giving you seriously hard done by looks too, but try not to beat yourself up too much
Re: I feel such a wicked bunny mum....
I'm sure they are enjoying watching the builders, they may well have been too scared if they were free range to run about anyway.
As the others have said, at least you know they are safe.

This You're taking care of them , they may not like it, but that's just the way it is. As long as they have room , they'll be fine

Exactly they are probably much happier to have somewhere they know they are secure for the time being

Maybe the neighbours are loose women!!!!
I am ashamed to admit I do like a bit of loose women when I get home from work on ITV2 It's a habit I would like to break, so keep those buns away from it and watching the builders!
