Gabriel for Honeybunny (and others if interested!)

Gabriel has started to have a mega-moult and we have discovered he loves to be brushed. Here he is with Mummy Louise who says she looks like a weirdo (but I wasn't taking piccies of her!) Gabriel sits on Louise for some time and grooms her back. We so so love this little man :luv: :luv: :luv:

for those that don't know Gabriel was rescued from either being used as live bait..or simply having his neck wrung..so what a lucky bun he is

It's a mitten with a teeth on the palm side of it. Louise is not using it as a mitten cos she is left handed. It works really well on our fluffier lionheads. I seem to think I got it from an ebay shop but unfortunately can't remember which.

He is a bit of a superstar.

And Nia is a poppet. Her and Gabriel are so comfy together. I spend a lot of time watching them with a silly grin in my face cos it is just so heartwarming to see. I will get some better pictures of her soon but we are trying not to handle her too much at the moment with her poorly foot as she is still easily spooked. Her foot does seem to be improving which is good news.

If you had seen how the animals we rescued that day were treated you wouldn't be suprised at how muddled up they all were So lovely that they are all now settled in forever homes

I think so to - I am convinced being bonded with Nia turned his life around. Over the last couple of days he has even been a lot more relaxed about being picked up, Louise is so good with him and he seems to respond to her.

I can't tell you in words how it feels to see him so contented, I look at his ginger eyelashes and just melt. This incredibly special and beautiful bun has brought so much joy into our lives, we love him, and Nia of course, to bits.

Vanessa that has made me feel quite emotional..I'm sure he is so grateful to you for loving him so much
