Bunny Things I've Learnt This Weekend
Never put boiling water from a kettle into your bunnies bottle to clean it, it will melt.
To clean the tray of an indoor cage you can't easily move, tipping water into it is fine but you will then need 3 bath sheets to mop up the water as you can't tip it out easily
No pet shops in in the area sell large bunny food bowl
Size doesn't matter for bunnies to fall in love
Have you learnt any new bunny info this week?

Re: Bunny Things I've Learnt This Weekend
The first 2 made me laugh! I put boiling water into a bottle once and remember thinking "hmmm, this is starting to get rather squidgey!"
Im not sure you get large bunny food bowls, you just get dog/cat bowls... Or a melamine plate/ quiche dish

Or use general crockery.
My pair use an old Poole pottery soup bowl to eat their veg and herbs out of.

It didn't cross my mind it would melt!!! I'd read somewhere to use hot water to sterilise it so I thought it meant as in kettle. I was holding it as I done it, thinking "that's getting a bit hot" then realised it was melting I hid it in the bin so hubby didn't see it!!!!

Re: Bunny Things I've Learnt This Weekend
I did the same many years ago, poured boiling water into the bunny water bottle and stood in amazement when I next looked at it and it had melted. I just use cold water and a wee bit of sterilising liquid nowadays or swill them under the tap in warm water and leave them to drain.
