Sun cream for bunnies
Is there anything that can be used that wont harm them if licked off?
Skye will be spending her first summer outdoors, and the hair on the back of her hears is so thin you can easily see her pink skin, and its so very pink compared to Marley and Dollys. They will have a sun shade and the run will be placed in shade, but i could sit in the shade all day and still get burned and i know buns skin is more sensitive than ours. She seems to like to sunbathe too! ...and ive seen cats that have got skin burn and skin cancer on their ears and face, it looks awful and has got me worried about little Skye.
Ive seen this, but i imagine it probably needs putting on a few times a day to be effective.

that's what i thought. Just wondered if anyone knew of any or if they had experienced bunnies with burned ears.

Re: Sun cream for bunnies
I have friends with white cats and horses who all just use regular human sun cream. There is this pet specific one - http://www.petremedies.co.uk/Sun-Protection/Pet-Screen/p-56-118/?gclid=CJ6QyOr96q4CFUEOfAodTGlBMg
