to mini alfalfa bales but for older buns?

My two love these and they actually keep them out of a fair bit of trouble Laughing Already I'm concerned about what I'm going to do when I have to take them away when they are too old for alfalfa. Is there such a thing made with a hay that is more suitable?

I'm sure you can imagine its not an easy thing to look for on google Hmmm

My two have the mini alfafa ones still, just not very often. Although tbh they aren't fussed.

They do like the hay cookies, but I don't because of the mess Laughing Laughing

I can't help you there as we don't feed alfafa cubes or anything with alfafa in ever since we had Keegan and he couldn't have alfalfa due to his calcium problem and we have never fed alfalfa since although I'm sure it's in some feeds and treats.

I used to be able to buy the haycakes on the list locally and they are just timothy hay and very constructed to alfalfa bales as opposed to the looser hay cookies.

I'm avoiding the cookies at all costs!! Waaaay too messy Laughing

I don't think they'd keep them as occupied anyway.

The hay cakes look just the job Thumbs Up
