Vibes for Mrs Doyle Please...... U/D - Bad news :(
My wifey-bun isn't feeling very well, she's in a lot of pain, her teeth grinding is very loud, it even made me jump
She has a history of stasis (I told her not to watch Red Dwarf!) and sometimes her tummy stops working properly. She's been in quite some pain and very bloaty this weekend and the huparents have just had her on the sofa syringing water and Metaclopramide down her. Hudad had her on his lap and has been massaging her tummy for ages (it'll take me weeks to chin out that human smell ). She did have a big widdle on hudad's T-shirt though
She's now sat in the corner of the lounge on a Scooby Doo beanbag looking rather sorry for herself

Re: Vibes for Mrs Doyle Please...... U/D - Bad news :(
Thanks guys.
Mummy (Mrs Doyle) has also had some pain relief and just had Recovery food syringed all over her face although Humum swears she got some into her mouth too.
She's not been quite as hunched up and she mostly grinds her teeth when the Hu-parents are messing about with her, so they are not sure if it is pain or annoyance (although she is obviously in some discomfort).
They are at a loss as to what had caused it this time - she is on such a restricted diet at the moment that about the only thing left they can do is cut all pellets out completely. It's pretty certain she'll be going to see the vet tomorrow so we'll see what she says...
When I had a very bad tummy, I ended up on Panacur (amongst other things) just to see if it made a difference so they might give her a 9-day course of that, although they have not seen any evidence of worms

Mrs Doyle isn't very well at all this morning
She's very bloated and hudad has been up every couple of hours with her, syringe feeding and massaging. He's made her an appointment at the vet for 8:30.
We think she may have passed some very small pellets and a tiny bit of widdle, the pellets don't look like mine

Update
They got back from the vets about an hour ago. Hudad has set Mrs Doyle up a quiet corner. She's still in her carrier (the new convertible one) and looking a little brighter. She's had two jabs, one of Loxicom and one of Metaclopramide. She also has an oral course of Metaclopramide and Flagyl which start tonight. Claire is on holiday today and tomorrow so she saw Jenny. Jenny is rather worried about her and says the next 24 hours is pretty critical Both she and Sparky are booked in with Claire for 8:30 on Wednesday morning.
So far, Mrs Doyle seems a lot more comfortable, she's not grinding her teeth at the moment. She's sitting quietly and although she's not eating anything yet she did just have a tiny sip of water. Hudad is leaving her in peace for another hour or so and then he will give her another few syringes of recovery food. I've been told in no uncertain terms to leave my wifey bun in peace
