Your Daddy text us this morning to say you were not your usual self and as he was working all day and night could he send you here for a couple of days, you spent Christmas with us and you have boarded with us lots of times and have always been such a pleasure to take care of.

Sadly this morning not long after your Daddy went to work you collapsed and Mike took you out of your pen and gently sat and held you and you left for the Bridge, we think you had a heart attack.

Mike and I are so very upset at the moment but not as much as your poor Daddy was when we had to ring and tell him the sad news and he has to break the news now to your Mummy, you were so much loved sweetheart not just by them but Mike and I also and we are going to miss you so much.

I'm sorry Maysie and Mike had to go through the trauma, but know that if a bunny can't be with its Hu-parents at the end, there is nobody better to act as stand-ins Hugs

Nibbler is going to be buried here in our back garden under our apple tree, it's been a very sad day indeed so far. Nibbler's owners are devastated and we also are Sad

I agree with what the others have said, it was so good of you and Mike to be with her. It's "nice" that she wasn't alone when her time came.

The owners of Nibbler wished for her to be buried here and so this morning Mike made her a resting place under our apple tree.
