Fingers crossed Hoppers Mike is going to try to Bond...

Harry with Panther in a moment, I have to keep away because I get all worked up when they fight and get upset and so I make the situation worse

So fingers crosses as it would be brilliant for the couple to arrive tomorrow to collect them and find them both together

Are they both male, I need advice on bonding smokey with charlie, smokey and rosie are bro and sister so fingers crossed can bond them back together, but charlie has been on his own since we got him last september, he plays with the dogs and scares the hell out the cats so not sure if he will bond fine with the other 2, hes met rosie, by accident kids didnt bolt his door right he must have jumped up at it n it opened when she was out, nothign happened tho but he might have pulled on her tail a bit but thats all. Oh and not to forget the encounter in the house where she started an all out war way back in january

No it's male and female we won't bond males together as in our experience it doesn't work. We tried to bond Gypsy with his Brother Angel and they fought till the death nearly and that was from being together as babies.
Sooty and Sweep 2 Dutch boys that I put together many years ago got on really well to end up fighting one day when they were out together to the point I had to dash one of them to the vet's with a bleeding penis after the other bit it. That's what males will do when they fight they go for the other ones private parts and they can bite the penis off completely. If they are in a ball fighting...it's to the death!

Poor charlie is gonna be lonely, I actually meant to get 2 girls but didnt realise 1 was a boy I got them for company for him, couldnt choose between the 2 so just got them both from a friend. I would get him another female if didnt have the reptiles. Think 14 pets is border line hourding lol. I look after them all properly tho.

We have had to put them in the hallway as we don't really have anywhere else at the moment as there are bunnies everywhere.

Panther went right up to him and was quite submissive but Harry sort of gave her the cold shoulder and she seems a bit wary of him now. No major fights and now Harry has gone to sleep in the litter tray with his head hanging over the side

Think this is going to be a long bonding session

sounds like Florence and Dougal on a weekend!!

We have called it a day for now as Panther couldn't get into the litter tray for Harry sleeping in it and she has done a wee wee on the floor and is most upset as she is a clean little lady, Harry is just so funny but there was no fighting.

That's next week or when Mike has chance as he does the bonding, I'm not allowed as I get upset when they fight

OMG it DOES! Except for the getting upset at not being able to use the litter box. If I remember correctly, missy Florence was having a hay day pooing behind the couch.

I just had confo on facebooks fairly beloved rabbit care page, the reckon I should have no problem with a 3 way bond with 2 boys and 1 girl. I wont be starting it for another 3 + weeks, they suggested the soft water stray instead of brooms to part them if they start to fight.

Take anything on Facebook with a pinch of salt

Hudad would seriously advise against trying to bond more than one boy into a group.

I would like them to all bond, but I dont want them hurting each other, brother and sister will be bonded together, I might get charlie a nuetured g/friend later. They said to use a small cage to bond them in, I might do it in the hallway, dont see point in buying a pen thats only going to get used breafly.
