I can feel a lump on Hector :/

It's about the size of a small pea, it's hard, and it's about here:


Is this something I should worry about? Should I take him to the vets tomorrow :S

Just keep an eye on it and if it get's any bigger or changes in any way take him to the vet's. It could be a little cyst.

It could be a cyst, Hazel has a small one on her nose, the vet said as long as it doesn;t get bigger it will be fine. She has had it for a couple of years now. I think she caught her nose on something and that is where it came from. Could Hector have bumped his back on anything?

Is it under the skin?

He has been vaccinated, he had them on the 7th of this month, but the lump is further down than the injection site

It's very likely he could have, he keeps squeezing behind his crate and walking along, and he's tried to jump on things and fallen back a couple of times.

Sounds like a cyst or perhaps a bite? Keep an eye on it hunni - try not to worry about it - if it gets bigger pop him to the vets - but I'm sure it's nothing to worry about x

They do, don't they! I'm already worried about getting him neutered, once that's passed I think I'll be able to settle a bit more :S I just don't want anything bad to happen to him

He'll be fine hunni - all the good things you do for him now will set him up for a healthier life.

The thing with buns is - they make you fall in love with them without any warning.

i agree it's probably a cyst and keep an eye on him but if worried or gets bigger take him to the vets try not to worry hugs for you both

It could be a little cyst. If it is not just under the skin it might be an enlarged lymph node. But as with a cyst, it usually is just something that the vet will need to watch.

Here's some vibes for Hector that his lump is just a little cyst which does not change and hopefully goes away!

Oh sweetie, we are born to worry over our buns. He will be fine hun; please let us know what the vet says.

I agree just try to keep an eye on it. Tigger had a very tiny lump on her face a few months ago, now I can't seem to find it!
