He has stopped eating again. Vet says he has red inner cheeks. Ranitidine and metacam over the weekend and dental on tuesday.

Thank you all. I always find watching him when uncomfortable really stressfull. He can't get comfortable. He is lying down then sitting up then lying down then having a stretch, sticking his bum out, holding his belly to the ground, lying down sitting up... It is so horrible to watch.

He seems to be doing ok on the metacam at the moment so fingers crossed. The vet had it in her head that we had to see the normal vet for the rasping so they said 'is Thursday ok?' To which I said 'NO! his cheeks will be in ribbons by then!'
