since bluebell

since blue has started kissing me now and then she has started to lick the floor
she seems ok in all other ways but i wonder why the floor i have not altered anything.
i have searched it but not found anything to worry about on the internet

Bruce always licks the floor when he flops. Hard flooring, carpet, grass, gravel, mud it all gets licked.

Bella Licks the litter tray sometimes and when i am in the shed she has a drink out the water bowl and wipes her mouth on my trousers

Yes it is quite normal and you find sometimes when you stroke them and then stop they will lick the carpet or even themselves

Have seen Gabriel do this too

Willow always licks the floor before doing a happy roll and flopping out

Tigger is a floor licker so don't worry. I'm pretty sure I posted about it here maybe a year ago when I first noticed it. She just crashes out and licks the flop happily. Each to their own I guess

Yes, this is familiar, Myrtle licks the floor too. She also licks the sides of her log tunnel

strange but lovable critters are our buns

Nibbler enjoys a good lick of various things as well (trousers, carpets, his heatpad, sofas, etc) and after a while of cuddles he'll intermittently lick the floor/sofa, whatever he's sat on

hahaha i thought you were going to say he nibbles trousers my bluebell loves to eat your trousers but only while you waer them
